Hi, I’m Faride, a Seattle-based real estate broker helping first-time homebuyers, sellers, investors, and Spanish-speaking families throughout Seattle and the Puget Sound area.

Originally from Mexico and raised in the Skagit Valley, I bring a personal, community-centered approach to real estate. My passion for this work comes from my own experience as a first-time homebuyer and real estate investor.
